I had my car towed to this Firestone around 2 pm on Saturday. They never looked at it I had to call for updates to make sure they even received my car. On Sunday I had to call 3 times before I got a real diagnosis on what happened. They claim I needed a new thermostat and coolant flush. But were unsure if they could get the part on a Sunday. Very thorough service and repairs. Sadie especially always makes sure that everything is taken care of and is wonderful at explaining things about your service.
☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment on Monday for a coolant flush and tire repair, dropped my vehicle off early at 8:30, and arranged my morning around it. When I returned at 11:00, I was told they hadn’t even started on the vehicle due to a “system glitch.” This isn’t a one-time issue—this is now the third time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. Firestone missed the mark kind of for me today. They're always polite, but did work for other people ahead of the oil change that I had scheduled the day before for 10am. At 5:45, my car hadn't even been started on, and they failed to rotate my tires and check one that I suspected has a leak. Anyhow, I'll still use them, as overall, they do great work and have great people working there from what I can see.
