My wife went in alone for a flat repair after I made her an appointment. She was told that the tire was unrepairable due to the nail being to close to a previous repair. The 2 holes were 12” apart and in the center of the tire, so definitely a repairable tire. I used to work at a tire store so I know for sure it was repairable but just to make sure nothing had changed since I quit I went to 3 different tire stores after leaving Firestone to confirm and ALL 3 said it was repairable. Grandview Firestone simply provides great service!!!!
I had them service the AC system and do a basic tune up. Spark plugs, 2 coils, and fuel system treatment. When I went to pick my truck up it was having cylinder misfies and riding very rough and shaking. At highway speeds the check engine light flashes indicating a serious issue. It ran fine aside from the AC before they worked on it. I brought it back and they completed an inspection on it and said they could not find the source of the issue for sure.
