Cody was awesome! Helped with getting deal. Also helped me see everything that might need be replaced in the near future.
Complete scammers, or absolutely absolutely incompetent. I came in for a oil change, belt replacement and inspection of brakes with the intent of having a brake job done. I would have never come to Firestone if I didn't need to get the belt changed. I've learned a hard lesson. Now I have minivan. It is used for short timeframe deliveries. 3 to 5 hours, 20 to 40 stops. Caitlin and Payton were amazing! Quick and efficient service with a smile. Highly recommend.
Supposedly got my car fixed for the check engine light to come on literally 30 min from picking my vehicle up. Ridiculous!!! Do not recommend anyone coming here
Had an appointment and waited nearly 3 hours for 2 tires to be installed. Employees were nice, but the wait was excessive.
