I was not able to catch names in time because so many folks helped me with such kindness. Let me preface this by saying, I’ve never had a tire pop and I am just a girl. I was frantic driving around on a donut, so scared driving likelike 40 MPH. So the fact that they got me in and helped me right away was a miracle. Great customer service, but please try to start on time when a customer has an appointment. I had a 2:00 appt (arrived early) and had to mention that my car hadn't been serviced yet at 2:30. Car wasn't looked at until 2:40. It would have been nice to be informed if they were not going to be able to start on time. Other than that, very friendly workers.
