Technician Tony did a great job with my state inspection and brake fluid service!
I was lied to about needing 2x new tires on my 2022 Volvo XC90 and that I failed my Hawaii safety inspection unless replaced. Took my vehicle to Volvo of Hawaii and they said I was well within tolerances to pass the safety inspection. Bottom Line: My wife was taken advantage of, lied to, and the process was shady. Disgraceful service located on a military instillation.
Went to get an oil change. Ended up receiving a broken terminal lug for my battery bc it was loose. Spent 20 minutes trying to start it until they gave me a jump and told me everything they touched. Extremely frustrating.
