They really should know not to waste people's time and leave their front desk empty for half an hour
If you need actual Auto repair do not use this facility. I brought my vehicle in and already had the diagnostics completed I showed the technician or the service manager the codes they entered the codes and the probable causes of the codes into the system when I brought the car there. My vehicle had a problem dying at idle. Most likely fuel system problem. They did a diagnostic told me there were no codes and charged me over $100 for diagnostics when I already told him what the problem was and already had run the diagnostics... read more
