Chris, the front desk guy who helped me when I came in, was super friendly and competent. He was able to explain things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and he gave me a lot of ideas about how I could save money with Firestone's service for future needs for my car. He was even kind enough to print out a quote for me for an alignment for my Mom, who is considering some work on her car right now. This Firestone League location is amazing! They diagnosed the issue with my car and even offered me a great deal on new tires. The mechanic, Benito, explained everything clearly and in simple terms, making sure there were no misunderstandings. If you have a check engine light or need your car checked, I highly recommend this location!
After several other companies said they couldn't service my van for a radiator flush d/t the van type I called Firestone. Extremely fast service, Conrad got me in and out and on my way. Reasonable pricing. Would recommend!
