Dennis and Jason were both friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. This is the best firestone in our area! Being a woman, sometimes I feel like mechanics push for me to fix things. But Jason at the front desk was very honest of what I needed. I also recommend for you to ask for Dennis as your technician. He seems very knowledgeable about cars and has many years of experience. I also like how they keep everything clean.
It was time for new tires so stopped by and the guys here were extremely helpful!! Jason and Dennis walked me through with which tires to go with and got the job done. Since I was there I went ahead and got an alignment done also and now the car drives like a new. Thanks guys
