The manager Jason, has gone above and beyond with helping me get my car repaired. He explained the process of dealing with the warranty company for my car and had great communication about the progress of dealing with them and the repairs of car. I greatly appreciate him and his team.
Just a few weeks ago I brought my vehicle in for maintenance. While I was there I purchased the lifetime alignment and had them perform that while I was there. While on my road trip to San Antonio I noticed the steering wheel was way out of line, pulling hard, and riding rough. While my vehicle was still under warranty I took it to the dealership to see what was wrong and found out all four wheels were out of alignment. And because that’s not a warranty issue I had to pay another $230 out of pocket for them to tell me that. ... read more
