I walked in about an hour before close with a nail in my tire and Scott was amazing and they got me in and out in 25 minutes

Garrett is always friendly. He listens to the problem. Shows you what cause the problem, and then gives you his best recommendation. Service there is always quick and friendly!! I went into Firestone this morning, 9/3/25 because I had engine maintenance need light on. Ocean told me it was covered by Toyota and the local dealer had the part in stock. He didn't want to stick me with a 750.00! What a nice and honest man!!
