Made appointment to have 5 tires mounted and balanced. Appointment was for 4:30pm and we dropped vehicle at 4:00pm. Got call at 6:30pm to tell me that they weren't going to get to it that day. Picked vehicle up and will never go back!
I recently had four tires replaced on my vehicle at this tire center. The staff was courteous and the work was completed as expected. The installation appears to have been done properly, and my vehicle drives smoothly. The wait was longer than I anticipated, but overall the experience was what I would expect on a weekend. I was very pleased with my service technician on how he kept me informed of the needed repairs on my vehicle and all safety concerns that I should have.
