I had my 2 cars serviced and fixed all in one week. My Kia needed a/c repaired $2,000 and now it has a rattling noise when the a/c is running......now the 2012 fusion had it in for oil change and was informed had an oil leak I asked for leak to be located.....payed for die to be run thru the oil and when I brought the car back to find the oil leak I was told it was valve cover gaskets $1300 and it still leaked took it back and was told the gasket had got bent over on the corner edge.....drive it 2 days still leaking....broug... read more

I had a nail in my tire. The staff put on my spare for me so I could go to work. They are repairing my tire while I am at work and will call me when it’s done. Tiago really made my night by helping me out. Such a caring staff that helped me in my time of need! Thanks SO much!

Was charged for work that I thought was covered under a Firestone coupon. During pre work discussion, Desk clerk did not advise me that the a/c check was not covered by a coupon unless I purchased something else, this qualifier was in small print on the coupon
