Didn’t necessarily start off great with a few things but the main guy running the show who wasn’t there when I took my vehicle in (don’t want to mess up his name out of respect) made it right in more ways than 1. He listened to my concerns and my complaint. He explained in a kind and professional manner. He was educating me in a way that didn’t make me feel small or stupid. Garen Green helped me out last minute with a tire issue at 640pm when they close at 7pm I am so grateful and they are kind and straight up here
Had a problem with my son's truck not starting the day he was moving in to MSU. I was able to talk to general manager and arrange to have the vehicle towed there afterhours. It was looked at early the next morning and they diagnosed and quickly repaired the starter. Communication was great along the the fast service. Would highly recommend.
