I've been here several times and they do not have great customer service, not sure why I gave them more chances. I needed 2 tires to be replaced under warranty through AutoNation, which they said that Firestone was an approved tire shop. It should have been an easier job for them to do, quick money for them to earn. I have a fleet of vehicles for my business that I was planning on getting serviced at Firestone but now I'll be going elsewhere. ★☆☆☆☆ REPEATED INCOMPETENCE, DISHONESTY & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY My experience with Firestone was unacceptable. A previous control-arm replacement caused approximately $4,500 in vehicle damage and required dealership repairs. When the replacement passenger-side control arm later failed, I had it diagnosed by a dealership, a local repair shop and another Firestone location. Fast, friendly and they communicated with us the whole way through the service.
We used to love coming to this location, staff used to be friendly and service used to be great. Unfortunately after several bad encounters with Chris, we will no longer come to this location. He doesn't clearly specify things when we ask, he said our battery was out of warranty when it clearly wasn't, and still within the 4 year period. Rude and not a friendly experience. Such a bad taste that my other family who also goes here will no longer either. Will happily drive a bit further for better service and friendlier staff.
The crew was awesome to work with!!! treated us very well, we'll be back when we need more service!
