Customer service here is unacceptable—full stop. I called a week in advance to schedule a tire install, which was already a hassle because apparently only one employee is capable of doing it. I locked in a date and time, confirmed it, and showed up as agreed—only to be told they couldn’t do the work because that one person wasn’t there. They fixed my flat tire for much less than $25
It's amazing you go in here spend over $1,000 for four tires and the technician forgets to put air caps on all four of the tires you do this for a living how do you forget to do that? That have been the last time I ever go back to this place.
No attempts to upsell, did what I needed quickly. Happy with service.
Chris and the rest of the staff at Firestone were excellent. Gave me a few options for tires, got me in quickly and checked my alignment for free and discussed it before making a decision. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles when the time comes as they have gone above and beyond in a world that forgets what customer service is to earn my business today and all my future business.
