I’ve had a lifetime alignment package here for a while and try to keep up on alignments. After my last appointment here I started to notice my tires (brand new) grabbing grooves in the road and pulling and some other weird driving habits that weren’t present before. Kudos to their Tech- Jason for seeing a safety issue on my wife’s vehicle! One tire on the rear was put on backwards/ flipped from the entity we bought it from! Appreciate these guys seeing that and making bringing it to my attention. While I didn’t get in to be seen for 50 minutes after my appt. time, they made up for it by taking care of this issue for me. Was traveling from AZ to Colorado, and accidentally overfilled my oil before I left so I came here yesterday around 10am to get drained and refilled. Good prices and they got me in quick, BUT when I left I got a low oil warning so I called them and the guy I spoke to swore that the dipstick should be dry and that they put enough oil into my vehicle, and to just go by the electronic dipstick instead of the actual dipstick.
