This was my go-to for tires and oil changes. Always great. Had an issue today, not their fault, but it's irritating and I should have checked. Not all Firestones are the same, this one DOES NOT deal with extended warranties and my repairs today cost me an extra 300 bucks because of it. The location on Queen Creek does deal with warranties and it's just as good. Stay informed so you don't get screwed like I did. Unfortunately, I will have to switch to the other location for services.
Dylan kept us up to date and was very good at communicating with us regarding repairs.
Just visited this location. Was immediately greeted by Nick Barnes. Explained my concerns regarding two tires on my vehicle. He took his time to hear me out before trying to sell me anything. He and his crew provided honest, great customer service and were able to assist with my vehicle needs. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!!! Thank you, Nick! My wife and I had a leak on a passenger rear tire and Chris at the front counter really helped us out giving us both options on getting a new tire or patching up the tire. I really appreciate that. He didn’t just jump the gun on getting us a new tire when it’s only a year old. Thank you, Cris and your team
Terrible service, refuse to work on cars older than 2000. Even though the suspension has been completely been replaced. It’s interesting how other Firestone locations were able to work on the car, but not this one which makes it seem that this store makes up their own policies.
