They were responsive to my emergency when I showed up without an appointment. They squeezed me in and made sure my vehicle was drivable. Great service and kind employees made all the difference.
Went to get an oil change. Ended up receiving a broken terminal lug for my battery bc it was loose. Spent 20 minutes trying to start it until they gave me a jump and told me everything they touched. Extremely frustrating.
Had to bring testa model y for a safety check and Firestone on Hickam was very fast and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and great customer service. The safety technician performed his duties accordingly.
