The service manager Conrad was amazing and answered all my question didnt feel pressured or rush will definitely come here again.
Thomas was a huge help to us in getting our tire replaced. We were traveling home to Dallas and noticed one tire was low and stopped to find a large screw in it. They couldn’t repair it on the side wall and when we went to Walmart where we purchased it they didn’t have the tire in stock nor did they add on the free hazard warranty for us. So we had to come back to Firestone and Thomas offered us a coupon to help with the price. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful with my truck's issues. He kept me informed during the entire process of repairs and was friendly and professional. The service was completed fast and cheaper than I had anticipated. This is a great one stop mechanic shop that I will continue using.
