Parents of college kids stay away from this place in east lansing! This was an auto shop that couldn’t get the car out of the bay it was in??? Stay away!!! Because of this I lost out on a tow from AAA and when I asked to have them pay for it, I was denied! My kiddo had to uber all back home and My spouse had to send you tube videos to the managers! Also beware even if you pay by credit card , they will not simply place your refund back on the card, you have to wait three weeks for a check! And forget the customer service lin... read more
