Great group of guys
This was my go-to for tires and oil changes. Always great. Had an issue today, not their fault, but it's irritating and I should have checked. Not all Firestones are the same, this one DOES NOT deal with extended warranties and my repairs today cost me an extra 300 bucks because of it. The location on Queen Creek does deal with warranties and it's just as good. Stay informed so you don't get screwed like I did. Unfortunately, I will have to switch to the other location for services.
Dylan kept us up to date and was very good at communicating with us regarding repairs.
Just visited this location. Was immediately greeted by Nick Barnes. Explained my concerns regarding two tires on my vehicle. He took his time to hear me out before trying to sell me anything. He and his crew provided honest, great customer service and were able to assist with my vehicle needs. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!!! Thank you, Nick!
