Please do yourself a favor and avoid taking your business to Firestone. I had the front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced in mid 2024. In just a little over a rear all 4 rotors and pads needed replacement again. Only 9000 miles and over a year after replacement. Called the store and they noted this was unusual and recommended inspection also stating this should be covered under warranty given early degeneration after 1 year and less than 12,000 miles. The Staff helped me so much. I was 2 hours away from home and having air pressure issues with my tires.They got me in a few hours from close on a Saturday in super cold weather. I appreciate their hard work and honesty and appeasing my need of quick service so much. They were upfront about costs.
Service was amazing. Didn't think I'd get my car back as quick as I did since they were pretty booked but Danica did a quick and amazing job!!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars, will definitely be bringing my car back in the future.
Went to put winter tires on my car. When I came home and left it in my garage overnight, the rear tire was down to 10 psi the next morning. This was due to a faulty kit being installed. This is highly unprofessional as it is extremely dangerous and can cause thousands of dollars in damage if the tire ruptures under such low psi ratings. This also shows that they do not test kits when they install them.
