My wife said the woman that helped her was impolite and a little rude. There was also greasey hand prints on the steering wheel and door handles. Not a stellar visit, for the premium prices they charge i expected much better.
EDIT 2/23/26: I got a chance to put the car up on jack stands, and to my horror and relief I now know why the car was unstable.. A control arm to frame bolt was backed out halfway. Not sure why it wasn't seen during alignment. I don't want to be mean but I specifically said the car felt unstable and would shift around in the rear. I'm not sure if the front desk guy conveyed this to the technician. However I also noticed while under there that the exhaust downpipe was missing 2 out of 3 bolts and one of the ball joints had a ... read more
Went in for an alignment and paid for a "plus" vehicle inspection.. 4 hours later I was told it's just fine. The car was not fine. The wheels were installed backwards, which is very dangerous on a factory staggered mid engine vehicle. I was wondering why the car felt extremely unstable while driving - I know I installed them correctly before going to Firestone.
