The AC in my 2018 Honda CRV needed fixed. A local garage quoted $2600 to replace the compressor, and offered financing. Seemed a bit high from what friends had told me to expect, so I took the CVR to Firestone where Priscilla had her AC guy Frank verify the problem. Yes, it the compressor needed replaced. BUT. Priscilla printed out a copy of a vehicle service bulletin that extended the master seal cylinder warranty on my model and sent me right up to the dealer. Cost to replace the compressor was ZERO.
