Had a great experience.. Super fast great customer service Michelle was amazing.
I had to stop at the Georgetown location of Firestone this evening and had to get a flat tire fixed urgently. It was about 5 minutes before closing time and Michelle was outstanding in helping me get the tire fixed. She was very professional and helpful and made sure my car was taken care of even though it was past closing time.
Called today for an inspection, was told to come on in, no appointment needed. Once I arrived, Michelle took my ticket, did the inspection, went over some suggested services, and had me out in less than 30 minutes!
Day started out with a flat tire and on a Sunday when most places are closed. I reached out to Firestone and Michelle was OUTSTANDING! I had to drive on a low tire, in the rain to Firestone and Michelle made it happen where a bay was ready for my F250. Can't thank her enough and definitely outstanding customer service!
