They do a great job! Clean shop!
I’m from out of town. Went to leave Rochester this morning, a Saturday, and all of the warnings were going off on my Honda. Honda couldn’t take care of me until Monday. I called Firestone and they told me to come over right away and they would fit me in. The diagnostics took awhile, but I was back on the road, with a fixed car, headed home in about 2.5 hours. Very appreciative of all of the staff for helping me today. Would highly recommend. It was a great experience!
