I have never paid for a full body alignment, then handed a report after the fact showing my car’s stats being worse than before, then sent on my way when I questioned a refund. They blamed my car manufacturer & told I will need to take my care somewhere else. The manufacturer says this store has zero clue what they’re talking bout. Store manager is clueless also, as he did my initial intake, and didn’t have them inspect one specific issue I voiced being a concern. They never called when my car was ready. This store is always courteous & completes the work in a timely manner
The worse customer service . I recommend no one to go there. I left my work van at 9 am to get two front tires replaced, and after calling many times during the day to get any information about that, at 5 pm I decided to go there and check to only know that they didn’t even touched my van. Not even I waste a day waiting as well a day not earning
