The gentleman here have had my back since day 1. After being a long term patron of another Summerville Firestone I was told they couldn't patch my tire for two days because they had bigger orders. I bough my last 8 tires there. Brought it to Cane Bay I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Since they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This Firestone location is an absolute disgrace. The store manager should be embarrassed — zero professionalism, zero urgency, and absolutely no customer service skills. Instead of managing the store, he’s out back vaping and glued to his phone while customers wait around wondering if anyone actually works here. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told at check in there was a 2 hour wait. What’s the point of taking appointments?? Counter person was polite but indifferent to my time being wasted. Won’t be back.
