So i had called in... Told the hispanic man up there. The part that the lug nut screw in to. I needed the screw part fix and i was told to bring it up there and if its a easy fix that they would fix it. The problem was not that he couldnt fix it, or that i wanted it to be done free. The problem was that i drove 8 miles, plus you dont even have common sense to know that i was talking about a lug nut screw over the phone. Waste of time, gas, energy. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. They are very kind and accomocating to clients. I had spent a big money for my car maintenance and they were very considerate on my needs. They made sure I understand what I need as of the moment as for safety reasons. They made sure I understand what my car really needs. I lost 10lbs of tire pressure from my tire in a 24 hour period. I drove to the Firestone at Cane Bay. When I pulled into the parking lot there was so many customers, I had no where to park my car. I also noticed all the service bays were filled with cars being serviced. Because Firestone was so busy I figured there would be no way I would be able to walk in and have my tire fixed.
