I get my company vehicle serviced here and every time they do a fantastic job! I trust their advice about the vehicle because they're knowledgeable and honest. I took it upon myself to bring my personal vehicle to them and I got the same excellent service I was expecting. They are professional and courteous and they're willing to work with you to resolve complicated issues.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I scheduled an appointment for a $9.99 AC performance check for my Honda. When I showed up, the guy at the front desk, Jonathan, was rude and said they were too busy to take my car—even though I had an appointment. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to take a look. After checking it out, he said the issue could be fixed by evacuating the old refrigerant and recharging it, which would cost $300.
