I have two vehicles and I always service them at this location. The techs always do a great job and the manager is always willing to work with me on pricing. They truly take care of customers and want to do a good job for you which is why I always keep coming back.
Archie and the whole crew always treats me right. He and the team are fair, honest and very respectful. Please, I mean please, if you need vehicle service, visit them and show those guys love. Upper management, I wanted you to know you have a phenomenal crew. Give them a raise immediately. 5
Very disappointed in the customer service with Firestone Car Care on RR 620 in Round Rock. I purchased a set of new tires in March 2025. Six months and 6,189 miles later the left rear tire was separating and causing vibrations and a safety issue. We had purchased 55,00 mile tires with all the additional warranties offered. After the warranty replacement of the tire, I paid $111 to replace a $200 tire.
