Great service. I got my tires replaced a few months ago, had an issue with a tire after I left- commented on it in a survey and the owner called me right away trying to make things right. Goes a long way! I recommend this location specifically to anyone who needs auto help.
90%+ of the times that I go to Firestone, I’ve to leave as they “are too full”. They say to make appointment. Seems to me like an organization management issue. Ended up at jiffy lube (again). For pure oil changes, skip Firestone. Go straight to jiffy lube or similar.
Set appointment ahead of time for new tires on our Mustang & the F-250, excellent service all the way around.
Great service! Fast and knowledgeable! Chris was super courteous and a great help.
