If I could give a 0 I would... I went to get air in my tire and ended up on the side of the road, my tire exploded while driving 🚗. The car was towed back to the shop, no accountability ( over the limit of air). I had to pay for used tires (two). I was later told by another tire shop that all my tires had over the limit!
Effortless collaboration with my coverage through Silver Rock. Very efficient and completed before closing, which was very much appreciated
This Firestone location and more specifically, the specialist I worked with Dalton is absolutely great! He is Responsive and efficient when it comes to communication and getting any service done quick and seamless. The customer experience is very solid and extremely easy can’t say Enough great things about this Firestone location in particular and its technicians!
I made an appointment for 12pm. I was told my service would be completed in 1.5 hrs. My service was completed 4.5 hours later. Delivery brought the wrong tires and had go back and then return. Plenty of, "I'm sorry ", but not a discount for my time.
Service and Joey the Manager was great as usual! Great place to bring my car.
