Best Firestone location in North Austin Area. I have been using this location of Firestone for couple of years. Staff is super friendly and understands the needs and deliver to what’s being promised. Availability is great too, as for my last visit I called in morning and they were able to take my vehicle right away, and work was done by 12noon. Services I used so far. I had a great experience at Firestone in Georgetown, Texas. During a routine maintenance visit, the team was upfront and honest about what my vehicle actually needed — and what it didn’t. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that values integrity over unnecessary upselling. Their professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my time truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family.
I went to Firestone Georgetown for an oil change and was tricked into paying for a tire repair. They lied about which tire had the nail — claiming it was a different tire than the one I actually had a warranty on. But it was in fact the one with warranty they replaced. Very unhappy about their appointment service. I had scheduled an oil change a day in advance. I got to the shop 10 min before my time and, after waiting 1:40 hours passed my appointment time, my vehicle hadn’t been service yet. I ended up canceling my service. What’s the point of making an appointment if the store is going to put you behind all the walk-ins? I had a much better experience at the R Rock location in the past, with appointments being serviced within a 10-15min window.
