I ordered 225 50 R17s and was given 235 50 R17s. I was almost billed for 4 when I was using a discount for buy 3 get 1 free. The cashier almost billed me for the wrong order at almost double the price. It took 4.5 hours to change 4 tires. Everyone was friendly, but I wasn't very impressed with my first experience. I'll try again in the future, and hopefully it'll be a better experience the second time.
Arrived for my 10am appointment at 9:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. It has been 2 1/2 hours and I am still waiting. Business does not value customers time
I don’t typically write reviews but I’m super upset with the outcome since it was not completed professionally. The overall experience was helpful, although, when the price was given, details like the extra shop fees weren’t included in the given price which wasn’t a super big deal, I was mostly concerned that, I paid 161$ for an alignment and inspection, and my steering wheel is now facing the left in order to keep my vehicle going straight. Scam artist - They set up tire purchase and appointment for the following day . The next day they claimed no record of tire or appointment and price was not correct . I have phone records of the call and the person pulled up history of a purchase from a few years back in the system. NO WAY someone hacked their phones and computers
