Manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy and went beyond the scope of normal service by checking all my tire pressures and setting them straight after my tire repair. He also politely gave me guidance on tire pressure. After he knew I was making a long road trip, he made sure my lug nuts were tightened to spec. He was honest about their work load that day and helped me navigate my service options for optimal time management.
***Update 2-7-2025 ****Update 6-17-2025 IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE, TAKE IT ELSEWHERE (The worst customer service I've ever experienced.) I recently had my truck towed to Firestone through Progressive roadside assistance — unfortunately, it was one of the only available options. My truck had to be left overnight, and Firestone accepted the key from the tow truck driver.
