Would be great to actually try out their service, but nobody answers the phone. Tried 5 times all throughout the day and all it says is "nobody is available to answer the call" and then hangs up. Great service... not!
I should have definitely read other reviews before coming here. The first time was for my tires, because I had my tires done at another Firestone and I haven't haven't even gotten half way through my warranty before they needed replacement.. to replace all my tires it was going to cost approximately $50, not bad at all. But they were going to charge me a $180 total to put them on. That was ridiculous, and I wasn't going to pay it. It takes 10 minutes to put tires on, so I didn't end up paying that much.
