disgraceful visit to firestone today. my husband brought in a tire today about 3:45 pm. just the tire had a screw hole in it that needed to be patched. the man took down my husband’s name and number and said it would be ready about 6:30 and that he would call him. we received no call, but went back to firestone to pick up the tire. to our surprise, the tire was still sitting where the man told my husband to leave it. not fixed at all, and no communication. something that should’ve taken a tire technician less than 15 minutes... read more
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Went to this location to have a new rim installed with the new tire (brought my own) and at first I was told it would be a 2 hour wait, so I agreed to the service and told them I’d be back to get the car. Around the 2 1/2 hour mark hits and I called and they said I still had one customer in front of me so it’ll be another hour to an hour 1/2. I ran over a piece of metal and unfortunately since my last employer bought my tire there was no road hazard on it and it had to be replaced completely. They worked with me on giving me the best price they could and were very kind and quick to help.

I have been going to Firestone for 20 years back in the Midwest, so when I came to visit my parents this week and they were having an issue with their Sorento, I immediately said, “Let’s take it to Firestone.” Well we quickly learned that not all Firestones are created equal.
