We were heading home and broke down they were great about helping us and getting repairs.
Treated very rudely by Charles ( I think).
I had to tell them that I wanted a alignment check after they was already done. And also they never raised my hood and checked anything. I grew up around a shop ever since I was little as I watched as everything they were doing.
I had a very disappointing experience today. I came in for an oil change, but the pricing was far higher than expected for a standard service. However, what really stood out was the poor customer service. The staff member I interacted with seemed completely uninterested and miserable, making the entire visit uncomfortable. Rather than deal with the attitude and overpriced service, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Provided great service, assessed my car's issues, made important repairs however potential issues were acknowledged so future repairs could be made at a later date.
