Noah, bret, and Kyle provided exceptional service that is almost nonexistent in today’s world. Theses gentlemen deserve a 20$ extra an hour.
My son went to Chipotle next door to this Firestone Center and accidentally forgot his wallet. He was almost home (3hrs away) before he realized. We tried to call Chipotle several times but they have an automated answering service. I called Firestone hoping someone could provide a different number for Chipotle but instead after looking unsuccessfully, Kyle offered to go over and ask them for me if it had been found. On weekend trip to visit family in Gulf Shores and slung a CV Axle in Foley leaving Walmart. Firestone in Foley replaced both CV Axles and had us back on the road in < 24 hours! Awesome service for a fair price… They also did not try to oversell addition services or parts! Highly Recommend!
Sent my wife to get the transmission fluid swapped on her car before a trip since I was tied up with work and did not have the time. When she went to pick it up they tried telling her it needed a rear throwout bearing replaced. I called to verify thinking she misheard them and they told me the same thing. She drives a FWD front engine car, and when I explained to him that there was no rear throwout bearing as the trans is in the front of the car he talked down to me like I was the idiot.
