While on a road trip out of state my car started making an awful noise. I was close to Firestone and stopped in without an appointment hoping they would be able to help me figure out if my car was even drivable. They were busy and fully booked with appointments, but Jon was so kind and offered to squeeze my car in for a brief inspection. Jon and team went above and beyond for us. We were traveling through town when we ran into brake issue. They were quick & responsive to getting us back on the road.
Yesterday, the brakes on my Subaru Outback suddenly started making a truly awful sound and after coming to a stop and trying to go, the whole car jerked like it was going to die right on the spot. It was clearly a big deal and getting it to a dealer wasn't optional but John (manager) at Firestone was kind, attentive and he had me bring the car first thing the next day. Ask for kyle or John when you come in. Good honest people that wont try to lie or sell you things you dont need. I went in thinking it was gunna be crazy expensive to get the maintenance done on my car. Turned out it wasn't as bad as I thought . They went through everything my car was in need of now i have plan on what needs work and made appointment for the following week. Thanks for the peace of mind you guys. 🙏
