This Firestone is always good when a manager is around, when they’re not, the employees run wild. The front desk girl Kenny that I called and specified the services I wanted confirmed the services are being done, but when I got to the store the one thing that I was most concerned about was not something she wanted to do. The team at Manassas Firestone was exceptional. They looked and my truck and brakes and determined that they still had some life left in them. I want to let you know that Mark was very good at communicating with me on what and when it needed to be performed
Wasted over an hour and a half between being in the phone, driving there and back to drop off and pick up my truck. Told them year make and model and size tires etc 35’s on the phone. Stock size is 34.5”. Told me they could do an alignment and have it done same day. Had to call 5x between 6pm and 6:25pm to get a hold of them. Service advisor then tells me we can’t get it done today can you drop it off and leave it with us. (Truck had been there all day) then says he will see what he can do for me.
