I've been a loyal customer and spent thousands at this location trying to support their business. Usually a good experience, but now I am so disappointed. I had an appointment with Firestone for maintenance on my vehicle. I called the day of near the appointment time to confirm they could finish in the estimated 2 hours due to my work schedule before going to the shop, and they assured me they could.
