Had previously been skeptical with Firestone. I took my car for tires and oil, but kept regular maintenance at the dealership. Took my car in today and asked them to check the valve cover that the dealership said needed fixed, fully expecting them to agree and give me a quote. To my surprise, I was told it was fine and didn’t need fixed. Nice to not be nickel and dimed . I’ll be taking my car here for regular maintenance now.

I had to get some work done at another shop and things didn't seem to line up as far as analytics or computer reports and after talking to Firestone staff which I've been going to for many many years they helped assure me that everything was taken care of and it was all good.
Service was even worse than ever. I was told I needed the same service performed that I’d had done 3 months ago at that location. I had spoken to Bill (manager) following the last visit and told it would be better. He asked to get an opportunity to get it right and they failed miserably! I have one visit scheduled for 3/29 to get CV boot replaced (AGAIN!!) and I will NEVER step foot in any Firestone location again! Horrible experience twice in a row and your company must find a way to do better!
