I'm always satisfied with Firestone! Great customer service experience plus facility always clean
3 trips and hours of wasted time waiting for the diesel mechanic and now they're saying they don't have a diesel mechanic. Pushed for a 5 star review from me but have never done any work. Every trip they tell me he is on vacation and will be back in a couple of weeks and now they say they don't have one. 1st appointment was rescheduled because someone else payed for 7 hours of work and apparently that took my appointment because mine wasn't that much
