I can't say it's a fast experience depending on the day or what your getting done. I had brakes put on and calipers came to around 1400 dollars for 2007 Toyota camry. Observing while there I noticed they will try get your car in ASAP. They Saleem upfront and honest and tell you problem before starting on the car.
Excellent service and quick response.
Horrible. Made a 1PM appointment for 2 tires. Returned at 4PM and my vehicle hadn't moved. I asked for a timeline and was told "Well I only have 2 people". I said "Sorry to hear that but I had a 1PM appointment, it's been 3 hours" I was told "Well you dropped it off so it got pushed back". I made an appointment and I gave 3hrs for a 30 minute job....I should be thanked not punished. I left and Returned at 5PM. Vehicle was just coming down off the lift. Was not greeted.
