I really didn't know what I needed when I went in. But the store manager helped me a whole lot. My husband thought I was going to be rep off, but instead she helped me a whole lot and my husband said it was a good deal that the store manager help me with. Thank you Firestone for having an fine employee.

Service was amazing and the staff is very welcoming. Katie listened to everything I told her and her knowledge of issues explained was impressive. Even when I went to pick my vehicle up, Ceasar waited for me to get there before closing up. Now this is what i call great service, I will surely be back.
