I don't usually go to this auto shop, but one of my rear tires was giving me trouble on my way to work (deflating). Once I was at the shop, I was quickly addressed and one of the mechanics immediately inspected the tire. He gave me an estimate and I left the car there while I went to work. This would've been a 5 star review, but once I got out of my 8 hour shift my car still wasn't ready. DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT!I took My Lincoln to get two front tires to be replaced and everything seemed fine. A few days later the rear end had dropped .I googled the symptoms Results indicated that the car was put on the lift without shutting off the air suspension damaging the air bags. Called a few mechanics & confirmed this. Went back to Firestone and was told to come back tomorrow the master mechanic wasn't in until; 8:am. I hate this place. Very rude and arrogant. I will never recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Please short down.
Beware hidden charges! They "automatically" add Road Hazard Insurance to tire purchases, adding $100.00+ to the overall cost of four tires, without prior explanation to, or authorization by, the customer. Also, they disregard the Speed Rating of tires when recommending replacement tires. Absence of professionalism.
