Firestone is always fantastic. I’ve never had a negative experience. It’s the only place I go for any car needs. Saturday morning I found a nail in my tire and called to see if they could squeeze me in. I drive all over town for work and pretty much can’t be without a vehicle. They were not only able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day but I was in desperate need of new tires as well. Firestone is the real deal. From the front desk to the mechanics, the entire team goes above and beyond. I originally went to Graham Tire in Lincoln, NE, for a brake replacement quote, but the price felt unusually high. I decided to get a second opinion at Firestone, and I’m glad I did. Not only did they provide a quote that was literally half the cost, but they also got the job done the same day with great service. These guys are honest, efficient, and earned my trust. Highly recommend!
