Had a flat tired, Arrived and the manager Andre was at the counter, he seems less than please to have another customer on Sunday, I understand it's sunday but he could just say that they didn't have time. He told me 3hrs to get my tire change and that it was posible, I think to sell me the the service, after 5 hrs, I get my tire change and the service was very rude , him and the guy that charge me, he ask if I did a oil change, answer politely that I didn't want the service and he answer " well it's your car" with a horrible... read more
Wonderful experience. Needed brakes, bushings, cv boots, and more. Andre did an amazing job scheduling and getting us a fair price for all the work. Edward prioritized the repair and got us our van back the same day. Thank you to the Poway Firestone Team. Highly recommend!
I pulled into Firestone with a leaking radiator. After talking to Andre, I knew I found the right place to get it fixed. Five stars! Highly recommend to everyone.
