We got a set of new tires and a lifetime alignment package for a great price. Service was quick and our advisor, Anthony, was super informative and friendly.
All of my vehicles are serviced at Firestone. I’ve never felt pressured into a repair and when I ask for guidance I feel it’s for my safety. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always are willing to to answer my questions and explain the repairs to me.
Firestone doesn't allow customers to bring in their own parts for install. Company policy vs common sense/lack of effort in searching for part(s). Customer needs new struts on used German vehicle, nameless employee leaves voicemail with quote of aftermarket struts for $3,463.98 or dealer struts of $5,383.98 plus tax. Of course my search found struts in a price hemisphere lower than the aforementioned quote.
Good work, but waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room to drop off the car for an alignment, didn't let me drop off the keys until whatever they were working on was done.
