I called about a third-party vehicle inspection just three hours before they closed. The dealership had only given me a three-hour window, but these guys got the car in and inspected right away. They were thorough, professional, and gave me the information I needed. I was able to head back to the dealership with confidence, knowing exactly what repairs were needed and how to negotiate the price accordingly. Highly recommend!
huge waste of time, super slow service and meaningless appointment system. I called on a Wednesday to get a tire ordered in and on the way. I set an appointment for Saturday morning at 7 am. I show up on time and the tire was never ordered. wasted an hour driving to and from the shop. the counter man tells me he'll call me on Monday when the tire arrives to schedule the replacement. he doesn't. Had appointment at 10 AM drop the car off at 8:30 AM 1230 and they still haven’t got my card done yet. What’s the sense of making an appointment? It was for an alignment too, which takes 30 to 45 minutes
Oil change took two hours with an appointment. Did not take the coupon they gave me. Ended up paying four times what I thought I would pay. Went with my boyfriend to American Quick Lube down the street for his car. It cost the same, took us with no appointment and we didn’t even have to get out of the car. Never going coming again.
