We have been lifetime Firestone customers. We have always felt safe and trusting of our auto service rendered. They treat us like family
3 stars and not because of the guy in black and red frame glasses. Or else it'd be higher. He didn't give impression of wanting to help with everything I asked for and didn't and today when I picked up my car he stood at me at the register like he was wanting to intimidate. I generally bring 4 vehicles of my own in there for regular and non- regular maintenence.
