This Firestone is one of the best. They always take the time to figure out the problem, and let me know what options are available to resolve the issue.
Anthony, the general manager is great. He really puts in the work in and explains things to you thoroughly. I’ve been going here for 3 years and have never had an issue. Most recently, my lower control arm ended up coming off on my way home from work. As it had to be towed in and couldn’t be moved, he did the work in the parking lot on snow & ice.
