This firestone is a joke. My cousins truck broke down and we had it towed to the shop. I have used firestone in the past, not this location but regardless this shop is scamming people. They were just supposed to fix a blown fuse on the batter and when my cousin picked up his truck the repair total was almost 2k. So many services were done without consent and the diagnostic cost was way more than what we were told. I was in the shop with him and the services were unwanted but yet they still preformed them?? Outstanding firestone dealership. Tommy and Jalen were great to deal with. Fast, efficient, accurate, and honest.
This location is horrible took my car her for one talk to Tony when drop my car off at open never received a phone call. Pick my car up at closing was the last car there. They let your car site and charge you by the hour for and haven’t even look at it. Now I have a bigger problem when all I went for is a tire problem 10/10 do not recommend
Not 5 stars ONLY because I've had 2 problems since I had my oil changed there. Going back tomorrow and will update this review after my visit. VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They allow you to bring your dog inside to sit until they finish. THE FIRST PROBLEM......... IM A PERSON THAT IS VERY PICKY ABOUT MY WINDOWS BEING CLEAN...
