Firestone provided me with exceptional service, especially in a time of urgency for me
Tommy at the Pace Blvd location in Pensacola Fl was great. Before I dropped my car off he explained everything and answered all of my questions. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know what services were completed and what services they were finishing up. I did not have to guess about how long they were going to have my car. This is definitely going to be my Firestone location as long as Tommy is there.

Well went in for an alignment that was already paid for and I was dismissed because they could'nt complete the job. I left the store with a vehicle that was scary to drive, mind you it was not like this before the technicians loosened all the working parts and made a failed attempt, clearly unsafe as my vehicle could not hold a straight line at all.
