Update :- Service and quality is great but while dealer charge 140 for diesel oil change Firestone charges me 175 May be I’ll find a better alternative than dealer as over 100k mileage truck I want to save money ! Posting this review while waiting my vehicle to be inspected. So far the server, environment was fantastic and that reflects my rating. I’ll update the review once vehicle work is completed.
I had a great experience with the team at Firestone Auto. They honored their word, handled my service with complete professionalism, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Honest, dependable auto shops can be hard to come by, but these folks have earned my full trust. I’ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here for future service!
This has to be one of the most dangerous tire shops to take your car or truck to if you ever do take your car truck to the shop. Make sure you check every bolt that they touched cause I took mine in for a simple alignment and they didn’t tighten the upper AR after about 100 miles my tires went completely crooked and then they blamed it on me
I really never have any problems at this specific firestone only once and they made it right immediately, i truly recommend coming here the guys are always friendly and they do what they can to help
I brought my vehicle to Firestone for service and when I got it back, there was a noticeable scuff/damage on the steering wheel that was not there beforehand. I am 100% certain the steering wheel was undamaged when I dropped the vehicle off. I brought it to their attention, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that it couldn’t have been caused by them because their technicians don’t wear tool belts.
