Brought car in at 11:30 for 4 new tires, new sensors and alignment. Left car. Called and told ready at 4:30. Got there at 5 and paid. Started to leave and tire sensor alarm is still going off. Mechanic and Manager came out. They checked it and Mechanic had forgotten to put the sensors on that we paid for. We were then told even though they are open until 7, mechanics had left for day. No appointment but they worked me in. Had to have truck towed to them as it would t start. They had my starter replaced and I picked up my truck before noon
I am so impressed with the wonderful experience I had here. JJ was awesome he stayed behind after closing to help get me back on the road. He has a wonderful attitude and a kind heart.
I want to thank JJ he was so kind and put air in my tire and they had just closed I really appreciate him he is a sweetheart
