Andy & Enrique have been very helpful the few times I’ve gone in to get my car serviced. Had some issues, but those two took great care of me and helped me out, so I wanted to thank them personally and give them a shout out!! Had an appointment Sunday for new tires and an alignment and was out within that hour— Thank you!!
My experience was amazing. I was in and out to do an Uber inspection and Enrique helped me with professionalism and courtesy. Coffee is amazing.
First time customer. Easy to make appointment online. I had a nail in my tire. They took it back and quickly let me know that the tire hadn't even been pierced and it was fine. They even did a complimentary inspection and didn't charge me for anything, even though they took the tire off to fully inspect it. Thanks for the great service, Andy! We will definitely be using you guys again!
Car troubles are never fun but the guys at Firestone were extremely kind and helpful! I am so appreciative of what they did.
