I used this location for close to 10 years with 3 cars. This weekend I brought 2 cars in and they tried to sell services that were done by me in January. When I mentioned it to the employee Chris behind the counter, he stated that they do it by mileage. I said to him they should check the items before trying to sell things not needed. He got very nasty... I will not go back here and I suggest no one else does...
I’ve been a Firestone customer for a very long time. I used to go to the Medford location, recently moved and now go to the Bayshore location. Extremely happy here just as much as I was there. Very pleased every time I need to go. I feel that they are honest and truly care about the customer. Added bonus—> having the Firestone card with the option to pay over time, depending on the amount purchased, interest free!!!
I got a flat tire the previous night and I had an early appt in the morning. This Firestone center opened at 7 and was able to take care of fixing my tire and getting me on the way within 45 mins. I didn't have an appt, I just walked in. The service guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
I do not recommend this place for vehicle inspections. They failed my car and then tried to sell me tires for $300 each, claiming my current ones didn’t pass inspection. However, I found the exact same tire on their website for $250 each, including a warranty. When I pointed this out, they casually offered to match the $250 price—only if I opted out of the warranty.
