These Guys are soo good. They make my car new.
My air conditioning went out for the hottest part of the year. I called in, scheduled an appointment, and arrived on time. In the past, I'd had problems with shops ignoring scheduled appointments and delaying repairs. Not Firestone. They were prompt, courteous, and when there was a small communication problem, Brian the service manager made certain I was satisfied, and turned a possible hiccup into a win for everyone.
