I went in for Tire Balancing, decided to get my alignment looked at while I was there. 1 and a half hours later. The guy that was working on my vehicle said there was a truck parked blocking the entrance of the alignment bay (when I got my keys a minute or two later the truck that supposedly was blocking was leaving...) Oh my goodness where do I start… Jen, Jose, & Colby went above and beyond to make a bad situation so much better!!! To make a long story short, we limped into Firestone in an Enterprise rental car (from Oklahoma City airport area) with a tire leak with only 10lbs of pressure.. Coby has bad. Customer service and charged for service they didn’t do and when we took it back in trying to charge for stuff they should’ve seen the 1st time.
After having not much luck after 2 days of looking for a tire; I called the last number on my list... From now on they will be the first number I call. Couldn't be happier with my service. Thank you!
Jenn and Harry were excellent as usual. I do check several cars here and today was another beautiful day
