After having not much luck after 2 days of looking for a tire; I called the last number on my list... From now on they will be the first number I call. Couldn't be happier with my service. Thank you!

Inexperienced Technician...had trouble getting my dipstick back in and then was unsure of oil level in truck....removed a quart then added it back. Also lost two of my hub covers off of my XD rims 3 days later.
It took me around 2 hours to receive an oil change. I spoke to the front desk to ask how much longer and they said they hadn't put the oil in the truck yet. I could see the service bay and they had my truck lifted after speaking with them they lowered it to put the oil in. These people have no sense of urgency. I saw multiple technicians standing around talking. If you want a timely service use someone else.
The manager or woman working the front desk was great in taking care of my situation. Kevin was great at coming into the waiting area to let me know the situation and to be sure to come see him if anything happens again to my AC fix with freon recharge. He seemed very focused on ensuring I was happy and taken care of and appreciated him taking time to talk it over on details.
