Jen, Jose, and the rest of the staff at this site have been an amazing help! I recently bought a car that had a few things that needed to be fixed. They continued to work with me to ensure my car was safe even when my own warranty company refused. They went above and beyond for me and they've earned a customer in return!
I went in for Tire Balancing, decided to get my alignment looked at while I was there. 1 and a half hours later. The guy that was working on my vehicle said there was a truck parked blocking the entrance of the alignment bay (when I got my keys a minute or two later the truck that supposedly was blocking was leaving...) The next day I smell oil burning and when I started my car up that morning it sounded rough... I check under the hood and saw that the cap for my oil was laying on my windshield bay, and the cover for my batt... read more
