I got new tires installed. I got 20 miles down the road and my right rear tire pressure sensor wasn’t reading. I took it back to have them figure it out and they told me they don’t have the equipment to re-learn TPMS on GM’s. So essentially it got broken while it was there and I’m driving with a tire pressure light and have to take it to a different store to get it fixed. They are liars and thieves!! They will say they fixed your car but then when it’s not fixed they will pass the buck and say autozone give them a defective part!! They will keep your car for a week and it still won’t be fixed!! This is the 2nd time they have done this to my bf!! very poor service - put on back tires when i told front tires and didnt do the things i wanted them to do. will not be back and will not recommend
they are sexist. will try anything to make a buck off of females. told me it would cost $200 to replace light bulbs. they claimed they would have to take my bumper off. which isn't true
10am appointment time. 10:30am I asked if they were running behind, maybe short staffed... I was met with “I just got here, I’ll have to check”. This accompanied with a bit of a dismissive head bob. (She arrived @ 10am and had to explain why she was late to the guy on staff) Customer service lacking in my opinion. I went out of my way to get tires rotated at this store after a recommendation by a friend, luckily I won’t have to return.
I didn't make an appointment so i came back in about 1 hr later. Tires installed at a reasonable time. Marty was fantastic. Thanks

Yesterday I had an appointment at 8 o'clock a.m. they didn't get my car back there till like 9:30 and then a guy at the counter name Max but it his nose into my service ticket that was being handled properly by someone else.
