Always a two hour wait every time took an hour just to take my car back!
Recently went in for an oil change. They told me my fluids would be checked and filled, well they weren't. Also told me they found my upper and lower ball joints in the front of my truck were bad and wanted to charge me $930.38. That was $401.96 for parts alone and $464.99 for labor. Called Auto-zone and bought all the parts for $130 and found a reputable mechanic thats changing both sides for $80 a side. In total i'm spending close to $290 where these guys were asking $930. RIDICULOUS.
