The man at the front desk was rude. Not only was he being difficult and obtuse right from the start, he also felt the need to disparage any adult who works at oil change shops. So judgmental!! He wore his disdain on his face, so I just turned around and left. I recently moved to about 3 minutes away, and you've lost a customer for life. My advice is to keep your classist opinions to yourself and learn some better communication skills.

scratched my car door and said I must have done it. Manger wasn't willing to man up and even consider one of the workers might have made a mistake. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
Hire competent mechanics.
just got my care home from there had 4 new tires and oil done. tires ok so far not happy with oil change they did not change oil filter and did not top off fluids windshield washer would not spray it was empty took it back and employ they said they put in 1/2 gal in and it cost to much to fill it up. had to go to autozone to get some. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tried to get front end alignment no problem tech said if you're going to wait about an hour great I said 2 hours later still waiting truck not moved got my key back going somewhere else now I know why they have a phone charging station
Had some new tires installed on my wheels. Bought some new wheels to swap on, and find out that my lug nuts were so over-torqued ,that a 1000 ft/lb air impact—as well as a 2.5’ breaker bar couldn’t break them loose. Will never see my business again. Their incompetency is going to cost me big time to get a shop to get 22 other severely over-torqued lug nuts off, as well as remove and replace two that are completely snapped, and probably destroy my stock wheels in the process.
