terrible..the lady Ashley said she was the manager .. incompetent absolute nightmare never ever have i been treated so awful ironically this has been my experience from just trying to pay for an alignment never ever will I use there service again as long as this lady continues to represent this location as management she is doing this company,customers &there other employees a huge injustice by being there face of the company..as of this moment I can not retrieve my fx4 as she has decided she does not want to take my money..... read more

RecommendedI appreciate their honesty. They could have sold me things I didn't really need but they did not. I will return.
After our first appointment had to be rescheduled cause they sold one of our tires to someone else we made an appointment on our only day off. The store manager Ashley seems to think it is completely acceptable for an install an of four tires to take 2 hours and 15 mins. I’ve personally seen it done a few times at other shops take 30-60 mins tops. Had I known this place wasn’t a professional tire shop with employees that can efficiently install tires and use time management I would have gone somewhere else in Fairview height... read more
They messed up my brakes and then also tried to lie and say they needed to do a electrical diagnostic test because my Windows wouldn't roll down which i can assure you was a lie my Windows still roll down i wouldn't recommened this business to anyone
After 3 different attempts to fix my new set of tires (that they placed), they still couldn't get it right and fix the problems that they caused. (Shakiness pulling etc, that wasn't there prior to the new tires) Therefore after paying almost $700 for new tires, alignments etc. I'm forced to go elsewhere only to spend more money and have it done correctly to drive my children around safely. I think the new management already needs replaced.
