I came in just before 4pm on a Sunday with a nail in my tire, an hour before they closed. The blonde female employee who greeted me, took care of me immediately and had my car in the garage in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing. Thank you for the spur of the moment help, I will be returning to you with business when it's not unexpected!!!
Firestone plugged my tire and we were in and out in 20 minutes! Great job, friendly service! Highly recommend!
We had an appointment go 5:30 for four new tires on a Thursday evening. We we're on our way home by 6:10. Our Service advisor Sam was very friedly and informative! Adam our service tech was fast and efficient, will continue to patronize thisFirestone for our tire needs.
Terrible service. Sales guy was very rude. Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change after being told it would take 30 minutes. I will never return here.
