So we take my car in for inspection and the tech said it failed by one tire .... because they wanted to sell me a 175.00 tire , the girl was Very Rude and went against the state statue for tire inspection . The state statute is if two adjacent tread areas are at least 2/32 the vehicle passes . The female who worked on 10/4 /20 who refused to give me her name . Very rude on the phone while trying to set up an appt. for my daughter to get a battery installed. Got snippy with me and said he was too busy to talk and said bring it in Sunday at 11 am or don't come at all. Then when my daughter got there, they didn't even have a battery in stock, she had to wait an hour and a half for them to have one delivered. They had two days to make sure they had one, they knew she was coming and knew what make and model the car was. Charged an extra $21 for a vehicle inspection, which we did not as... read more
Always get a good deal on what I need even when they are as busy as can be. Always go back
Bad attitudes, uncaring, and ripoff would probably be the next on the list. Front staff needs replaced. Avoid this dump at all costs. One star is way too much.
