I needed two(2) rear tires for my car and called Firestone immediately after work. Location on Spring Cypress & 290 had why I wanted. They close @7:00pm. I called at 6:00. On Friday. Halloween. Reylin answered, told me to “C’mon in!!! We got cha”. It took me 20 minutes to get here, and the tech(Jose) was wrapping up on another project, and jumped right on mine, as soon as the work order was completed. I’m outta here at exactly 7:00pm.
