Went in for an oil change and that was fine, we got back our recommendation and it was tires and an alignment. The following day we heard a weird sound coming from the car, turns out our brakes were metal against metal, no word from Firestone Cypress. We had our baby in the car, that could have led to a major accident. We will not be returning.
