I have all of my vehicles serviced at this Firestone location. This time, I had my older vehicle towed there for breaks, new battery, and a wheel alignment. The greeting and assurance is always amazing!

I had a great experience at Firestone Cypress location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and explained the problem in simple terms, so I knew exactly what needed to be done to my car. Their price was cheaper than the dealership.
I caught a blow, I google nearest tire shop and this location came up. I called a lady name Susan answered the phone I explained my situation and she told me to come in. I made it to the store her customer service was phenomenal. The young man Seez I think I heard her call out fixed my flat faster then I expected. I was shocked to see the employees still in good friendly spirit before closing time. I wish I can rate this store a 10 GREAT JOB :)
