Absolutely horrible! I don’t do reviews at all, but this needs to be addressed. My appointment was at noon. At 1:53pm, my car still had not begun the service. I was told and verified that twice that it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if they don’t plan on keeping their start and finish time as promised. I do not recommend this practice. I brought the car in on March 7th, today April 3rd they have not delivered it to me, I have come every week for several days to ask and they promise me a certain day and they do not comply, I have been wasting time and money with the company I work for because the car has not been ready in the time it had to be ready, they do not give priority to car repairs, my mistake was not reading the bad comments about this store, if not I would have never brought it here, my family has used Firestone for years, but I will take charge ... read more
I made an appointment at 12:30pm. I arrived at the location 15 minutes early. I then was second in line and had to wait, in line to sign in for 20 minutes due to there only being one person, who didn’t even greet us with eye contact and didn’t even attempt to get someone to help us while she was busy on the phone. A woman from the shop came in and helped customers after we had been in line for 20 minutes. Now for the real problem.
