I’d recommend that you go somewhere else for Auto repair. My son and his wife both military veterans were charged 1500 dollars for an AC repair at the Fort Hood location right before they were discharged and moved to Weatherford. They were given a 1 month warranty for 1500 dollars worth of work. 1 month and 1 week after repairs the blower motor stops working. They took the Truck to the Weatherford location and were told the blower motor was not part of the original issue. They were given a price of $576.00 to replace the blo... read more

Horrible experience! Came in for an oil change . No one said anything about an extended wait time . Sat there for over 2.5 hours in a waiting area that stinks of tires and yuck ! Left with a massive migraine and sick to my stomach ! Still feel horrible 3 hours later 😡 . If it’s going to take so long maybe someone should have said something I could have and would have called for a ride and picked up the car Saturday morning .
I love firestone located here in weatherford Texas. Always do wonders for my vehicle and in the past.

Never again, dented one rim scratched and gouged the other 3 and then said the dent was already there.
Wow. Stopped in to get tire fixed. Have a screw in it. I'm on the road traveling. They told me hour and a half. This is the fourth Firestone I have tried. Never again! ����
Paul and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. They did exactly what I asked in a timely manner. I will be back.
