Firestone in Owatonna is amazing, Matt helped me out went in for a new tire and found out I had other stuff needed work, they fixed everything in one day and were just awesome through the whole process!
My boyfriend got new tires put on last week at the owatonna location and got his Oakley sun glasses stolen and they didn’t torque his lugs nuts so his tire almost fell off.
Care and honest good work
Would not recommend to anyone in the community or any one for that matter. My vehicle was serviced three times and each time something new was added. Surprisingly I gave them my business again but expressed my concerns. My tire sensor turned on the day I brought it in and I told them. Do you think my tire was filled???? Nope, and they redid the alignment that was done 2months ago when I got new bushings. Funny I may be a girl but I thought your tires needed equally psi for assure proper balance???? Services discontinued!!!
Highly recommend the guys at Firestone in Owatonna! Matt and the guys are amazing! They close at 7pm and tonight after work I came out to a flat tire due to a screw. I had them do my tires last March. I called them knowing they were closed and I was just going to leave a message but Matt answered. I explained my situation as my fiancé is leaving tonight for Illinois and taking my car. Matt told me to bring it in even with it being after hours. They replaced my tire for free. Got my baby in right away found the problem, explained what I needed and fixed her right up! Even gave me ride home and picked up when car was ready!!! Excellent service!!!
