Don’t take your car here. They broke our center caps and stripped the lug nuts and said it was our fault and they won’t replace them. Manager was rude as hell too.
Horrible customer service. I had a confirmed quote for tires. When I showed up for my appointment they tell me they don’t even sell that kind. (The why was I quoted it????) They was just like too bad but you can pay $150 more for these tires. Didn’t even offer a discount to fix the screw up.
Had a 2:00 appointment. 2hours and 15 minuets later they pulled my truck in for a simple oil change. Always have issues with this location with wait times.
On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd.
