Been here for 2 hours to do rotation balancing and alignment and still sitting down waiting and they haven't put my truck inside they told me mine was next along time but they lied bad service would not recommend it at all you would have to wait all day sitting in the shop ..very upset they told me it was going to be around 3 hours but I guess I'll be here another 8 hours more
☆☆☆☆ (1 star if I could give zero, I would) I went in for a simple coolant flush and left with an oil leak — completely unacceptable. I waited over four hours, only to have my car returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. The service was not only slow but careless. Now I’m dealing with issues that weren’t there before. This experience felt like a complete scam. I will NEVER return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
