I brought my car in for a complete safety check before I went on a major road trip. they said all was fine apart from a bolt which was replaced. a week later, my car was in a different shop for a complete exhaust job, $1000 Firestone could have had if they inspected the exhaust system properly. went on the road trip about two weeks after Firestone's "safety check," broke front axle on the Trans - Canada highway while going the allowed 70 mph speed limit. could have been killed. car repaired in Canada at a reasonable rate. me... read more
Service sucks. Very unprofessional employees, swearing at customers that have been waiting over an hour just to do the oil change, not including waiting half hour after scheduled appointment
