RecommendedI came in on a very busy Friday afternoon in a panic because there was a screw in my tire and I didn't want to drive it across the Causeway. Joe explained that it might be a little while due to a lot of cars coming in, so I settled in for a wait. To my surprise he came back in half an hour and said it was done! He was super nice and had me in and out in no time, and was wonderful to deal with. Thanks!

Great Staff, Great Work, cannot say enough good things about Firestone!
They do good work, about pricey on somethings. I had a brake job done for about half of what they wanted to charge. The name of the game for them is up-sell everything and they will try to sell you air filters, wiperblades, roadhazzard warranty, etc...They lost my center hub on my rim and did not replace it. This is the reason for 3 stars.
Having a flat tire while out of town is not ideal, but was very thankful for the prompt and extremely courteous service of both this Firestone (as well as the one on Carrollton that didn't have 2 of my size tires.). All of these guys were so great helping to turn a bad situation on a Sunday afternoon around. There attitudes and work ethic were much appreciated! Would definitely recommend!!
Thank you so much for doing a great job in rolling up our power window! You have no idea how what you did, Matt, really affected us in a positive way. We are Hurricane Irma evacuees from Florida and my power window, as you know, would not roll up and we shelled out $140 to another auto repair place and they couldn't fix it nor could they roll it up manually. Thank you so much for fixing it out of goodwill! You guys are awesome!�����
