I would not purchase anything that Firestone says you need, without a second opinion. They tried to sell me a battery for approximately $220.00, when I didn't need one.

They were very efficient and took good care of me
Went for a battery and a tire check. Battery replaced in minutes. Tech suggested alignment and informed me of reasons it was needed. Did test and showed me the results. I decided on the lifetime alignment and it was completed quickly as well. Car drives amazing again �
Said they changed the oil in my vehicle and didn't; please check behind them before leaving location
I had some questionable valve stem leaks after they installed new tires. They replaced all the valve stems at my request to ensure no further problems. Great customer service.
Thanks to the staff who stayed late to put new tire on when we had a blow out while traveling through Alabama.
